Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Include Documentation
Complete the Return/Exchange form located on the back of your packing slip and place it inside the box with your merchandise.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid Easy Return label provided in your original shipment over the old shipping label, or print a new one from our online portal.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
